Dear Placer area Young Adults,
I am the new Chairperson for the Respect Life Ministry at St. Rose Church in Roseville. I truly feel that this is my passion and I want to make a difference on Respect Life issues through 1. prayer, 2. education, and 3. action.
It has been my interest for some time to get Young Adults involved in this ministry. I feel that you could really bring in some new energy and great ideas as we stand together (yound and old) as one St. Rose community and really make a difference.
Our main member interest right now is abortion; however, there are so many other Respect Life issues: supporting groups that help pregnant women, end of life issues, prison ministry, capitol punishment, disabilities, stem cell research, politics, etc.
Attached is our mission statement, agenda for Wednesday night's meeting, and meeting minutes from April. I know it is short notice for tonight's meeting, but please feel free to join us tonight or at a future gathering.
