Dear colleagues,

I would like to invite you to consider submitting an abstract to the 26th International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM2025), which will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from Sunday, 30 November to Thursday, 4 December 2025.

You may submit either a 1–2-page abstract or a 7-page full paper for this session. The submission portal is now open and accessible via the following link: https://conlog.eventsair.com/PresentationPortal/modsim2025/abstracts/

Further details about this session and others within the MODSIM2025 program can be found at: https://www.mssanz.org.au/modsim2025/streams-and-sessions/

Kind regards

Subject: Your session at MODSIM 2025

Dear Dr Liu,

Many thanks for proposing a session titled “B7: Optimising farming systems to improve climate resilience and sustainability under water-constraint environments” for the MODSIM 2025 conference. Now that the Easter holidays are behind us, it would be a good time for you and your co-session leads to promote your session widely and solicit 1–2-page abstracts or 7-page full papers for your session. The submission portal is now open at https://conlog.eventsair.com/PresentationPortal/modsim2025/abstracts/Presentation and details of your session can be found at https://www.mssanz.org.au/modsim2025/streams-and-sessions/. A copy of this e-mail will also be sent to your co-session organisers (if any).

In general, sessions with less than 4 submissions will be merged or removed after submissions close in August, so advertising your session widely is important if it is to appear at the conference as a stand-alone session.

I look forward to seeing you at MODSIM in Adelaide!

Best regards,

David.
