Managing all servers and desktops in the organization. Managing Data Center support operations. Responsible for new system rollouts and upgrades. Managing all maintenance and scheduled downtime activities. Managing new systems rollouts. Proactive monitoring of all IT systems and devices. Anti-Virus and patch updates. Storage and backup management Escalating any hardware failures to vendors and follow up on them. Troubleshooting Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange issues Controlling end user access to network and shared resources End user training for new applications and systems.
