Position Vacant:
Sr. Electrical Technician :
BS Degree/diploma in electrical Min 10 yrs Experience as Electrical System on Refinery OR Chemical Plant Excellent communication skills Must have participated in project commissioning, field problems troubleshooting in electrical systems. prefer someone who has work on hydrocodone company Inspects electrical equipment to determine the extent of Repairs required using test equipment such as voltmeters, Ammeters, ohmmeters, meggars, meter shunts, clamp-on instruments And volt-ohmmeters. Installs, maintains and repairs wiring systems, sets power and lighting boards and panels, connects motors and controls, installs fixtures and checks and tests electrical equipment before putting into service. Removes and installs electric motors, repairs and adjusts Contactors and controllers. Fault diagnosis, installation, repair or modification of all such equipment
Machinist Technician :
BS Degree/diploma in mechanical Minimum of 10 years" experience as a mechanist on Refinery or a Chemical Plant. The technician shall have a basic level of knowledge in Computer (Microsoft Office)locates equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostically tests, measurements and analyses. This may be done with equipment in place in the field or, if necessary, by stripping equipment down in field or shop. Determines nature of repairs to bemade and replacement parts required.Performs necessary maintenance on assigned equipment, stripping down, replacing, fabricating or re-machining parts as required. Reassembles equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory repair. Performs high-skilled diagnostic and machinist tasks as required.Prepares new or altered installations on all types of mechanical equipment including foundation work, line-up, gear box, coupling and Sets, adjusts and performs maintenance on machine tool equipment and balancing machines.
Process Control System Engineer:
BS Degree in Engineering (Preferably in instrument, process control systems, or electrical) Minimum of 7 years" experience, preferably in hydrocarbon (oil and gas) industry or similar process industry with knowledge of relevant industry codes. Must have participated in project commissioning, field problems troubleshooting in process control systems. Must be capable and welling to travel throughout extended area of operations by himself (valid driving license is required).
Troubleshoot field and control room processes and equipment using appropriate test equipment and diagnostics. Respond effectively to emergency fault conditions anywhere in assigned area, without assistance. Perform emergency field repairs.Provide work direction and technical assistance to team members. Maintain maintenance logs and prepare work reports. Interpret technical documentation - data sheets, vendor manuals, troubleshooting flowcharts etc. Interpret/prepare technical drawings - from simple schematics to complex PID's, ILD's and PLC ladder logic diagrams.Perform detailed functional tests on systems integrated from different vendors.
Process Control System Technician:
BS Degree/diploma in process control system. Minimum of 10 years" experience as a process control system on Refinery or a Chemical Plant.Must have participated in project commissioning, field problems troubleshooting in process control systems.Troubleshoot field and control room processes and equipment using appropriate test equipment and diagnostics. Respond effectively to emergency fault conditions anywhere in assigned area, without assistance. Perform emergency field repairs. Provide work direction and technical assistance to team members.Maintain maintenance logs and prepare work reports.
Reliability Engineer :
BS Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical)Minimum of 7 years" experience, preferably in hydrocarbon (oil and gas) industry or similar process industry with knowledge of relevant industry codes. Must have participated in project commissioning, field problems troubleshooting in process control systems. High-level skilled diagnosis and repair tasks including all types of rotating equipment. Consults with and advises operating personnel to determine maintenance requirements and establish priorities for maintenance work. Work is including Civil, Pipeline Repair, Valves Repair, Sand Removal and Fence Repair. Prepares Engineering Reports on maintenance activities/methods and means for their improvement.
Inspector I
Experience Required: Eight (8) years minimum. Must have 4 years" experience as a Saudi Aramco Inspector II or 6 years work experience including 2 years" experience in one or more of the inspection disciplines. Must have successfully completed job tasks, ITC/JSTC courses or Apprenticeship Or VCG program Or Associate Degree and other requirements specified in the Department's Job Training Standard for grade code 10 position entry or demonstrated proficiency in these areas through practical examination. Must meet one of the inspection discipline specific requirements given below. CIVIL/PLUMBING/HVAC: Must meet the prerequisites for current grade code. Must complete following: Liquid Penetrant Testing Level-1 Course Magnetic Particles Testing Level-1 Course SA Coating Inspector Level 1 Certification ACI Field Tester Certification
