The 16 local Java positions are everything from straight mid-level Java/JSP Developer (descent Java and some JSP is all that is really needed), through to Mid-to-Senior Level (Web Services and Agile environment experience), through to accomplished Senior Developers (with strong Spring experience), through to even Architect Level positions (with senior Threading and Enterprise-scale Design considerations). Pay Rates range from 35/hr W2 to 70/hr W2.
The Telecommute Grails positions involve Grails, Java, AJAX, and good ability to speak with remote BA’s and get requirements out of people who are not ultra-communicative.
The Telecommute Java position involves strong Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, Struts, Web Services, and WebSphere – max pay rate 54.75/hr W2 on that one.
