I'm really sorry I missed this topic. I also wanted the group to know that we made a big announcement a few weeks back on the new vFabric Reference Architecture - http://blogs.vmware.com/vfabric/2013/02/introducing-a-new-reference-architecture-that-will-speed-knowledge-development-of-modern-cloud-applications.html. Hopefully it won't scare the group away to know that I was very involved on Track 11 - Data Modernization - Data Movement, which among other things, provides a nice scale up demo of spring-batch. Its easy to install and execute and provides a nice look at what we feel lightweight cloud application architecture looks like.
