SCAPA Update 3-7-11

Hello,

I want to inform everyone that we have submitted a request for
information with the County. This request is for employee home
addresses. This only pertains to members of the two member units,
both of which came from 060, that will be going to vote on April 6th
and 7th. County Counsel and Labor Relations have reviewed my request
and have approved the disclosure. They will be emailing everyone
involved. You do have the option to not have your home address turned
over to SCAPA. If you do not reply your information will be
disclosed. I will receive the information requested by mid next week.

The reason we have asked for this information is simply so that we can
communicate with you. Many people have responded over that last few
months with their personal contact information and we appreciate this
greatly. There are many more who are supportive of SCAPA but have
been hesitant to sign a signature card or member contact card for a
number of reasons. You will not have anyone showing up at your door.
We will be writing you and emailing you, if we have your email
information. Your information will NOT be disclosed to anyone outside
of the SCAPA Board.

I hope you understand and will allow us to contact you with
information and updates periodically.
