This is regarding the Draft report on Non-Negotiable Accessibility Standards for the Transport and Mobility Sub-Sector.

The draft report and last meeting minutes on the Transport & Mobility Sector were circulated seeking comments from Ministries/Departments. Subsequnently, comments of the three ministries ( i.e. Civil aviation, Heavy Industries and Railways) have been received and the same has been enclosed herewith for your ready reference.  

You are requested to kindly finalise and share the report on Non-Negotiable Accessibility Standards for the Assistive Technologies Sub-Sector, incorporating all the comments received, by 13.04.2026.
