With reference to the subject mentioned above and as per the directives of Secretary, DEPwD, in light of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's directions in the matter of Shri Rajive Raturi vs Union of India & Others, the nodal officers pertaining to the Built Environment Sub-Sector, Information and Communication Technology Sub-Sector and Transport Sub-Sector teams are requested to finalize and submit the draft guidelines by 25th April, 2025 for further necessary action at the earliest.
