Screening of Film on 15.03.2011

Dear All,
After seeking the required approval from the Faculty Advisor, Cinema Club, it has been decided that Cinema Club IIT Roorkee shall screen the film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (PART 7) on 15.03.2011 i.e., Tuesday at 7 PM in the Convocation Hall.
With regard to the same, Vidit and I shall go and meet DOSW and take the final permission on Monday i.e., 07.03.2011. The posters shall be put up shortly thereafter.
I would request the Cinema Club Committee to please make note of the same. We shall meet to discuss the nuances shortly.
