Disability assessment software to rationalise arbitrary / false certification

Hi,

Since the disability assessment and certification process is being examined as a service, thought I'd share this discovery with you. 

In view of the latest civil service disability certification controversy I was looking around for a post 2016 act version of SADAREM / SADM and discovered someone has done exactly that and created an Android app too. 

Along with the slot booking of appointment to avoid atrocities as experienced recently in Tamil Nadu and a QR code disability certificate that leads to a masked verification of UDID profile on swavlamban website, this could reduce arbitrary assessments by forcing recording of actual scores / measurements history in case of future dispute.

The assessment guidelines are very ready reckoner like with tables and calculations. Whether one agrees with this form of assessment or not, the process can be made more efficient.

(Also just wanted to remind that while sorting this certification business out, the mental illness errors also need to be rectified. MSJE has goofed.)
