Dear all,
Post receipt of comments from everyone on: (I) AIC section as shared by DEPWD, (II) MyGov platform, (III) this group and (IV) individual discussions, we had extensive deliberations and finalised our recommendations.
It is important to highlight that in many instances changes were proposed, which were best suited to be carried out in the technical standards at itself as opposed to making them part of the rules and imposing dual technical criteria, which may often get ignored. Barring those, all comments were incorporated.
The proposed rules also have certain unique features which I am happy to take people through. Should anyone be interested, but overall, it has been a great exercise and I must thank each one of you for your contributions.
