Pg 4, B14: Can we please add the text in bold?
Safe stairs that are easy to use, with railings on both sides, and facilitate safe assisted evacuation/rescue in emergencies.

Pg 8, B33: Question: Shouldn't a pre-specified share of accessible bedrooms in hotels be non-negotiable? Why is it aspirational?
