Wheelchair charging points in transport terminals

Dear Products group, 

In Chennai we are trying to provide a top up multi cable charging device for power wheelchair users at the beach access path. (Was originally supposed to be a solar powered shaded stand and inspired by a similar mobile multi cable charging point)

Am aware there's a multitude of charging cables and batteries, but if we could select 3-4 - like Neomotion's, Alimco standard and other Govt distributed models like Ostrich in Tamil Nadu, we could ensure emergency charging.

This could be provided in transport terminals and electric vehicle charging stations by default. 

Can we not come up with something homegrown?
