Carddav sync from Android

I am running a Baikal server on Windows 10, under XAMPP .
Syncing the server works from any Windows-system in both directions.
From Android ( and iOS ) it only works from the server to the client, not in the other direction.
I am sure, I have the settings right for both directions, but no way.
Any hints ?

No idea Wolfgang, this should just work.
At least on Android the popular sync apps should give you access to some kind of log file, which might help you find the source of this problem.
