I've created a version of the TSN Card correction form that I've been toying with. It is a Google Form.

This will allow researchers to submit a simple correction for some TSN Card errors.

Please try it out. Stress it. Try to break it. Provide some feedback.

I know that this tool won't cover all error situations. But it is a start.
