new SABIO-RK software release

Hi all,

there is a new SABIO-RK software release available including the following changes and additional features:

- new web service method implemented: returns reaction modifier details

- bug fixed in web service method 'searchReactionParticipants' (now only returns details of substrates and products)

- added cross-linking of compounds to: MetaCyc, MetaNetX, Reactome

- implementation of Bioschemas semantic markup

SABIO-RK is now also listed as a resource in NCBI LinkOut. This means that by searching PubMed with the query https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=loprovsabiork[SB] you will get all papers for which we have data in SABIO-RK.

If you click on a single paper in PubMed you will find the link to the corresponding SABIO-RK database entries at the end of the page in “LinkOut – more resources”.
