Hello,

I'd like like to know if it is possible to obtain the list of tissues for which the kinetic parameters has been documented in sabio.

Hello Deepa,

To get a list of all tissues for which kinetic parameters have been documented in SABIO use this webservice:

You will get the same names duplicated or triplicated with (BTO), meaning that this is a term of Brenda Tissue Ontology.

Therefore find additionally attached a list of all used distinct tissue names together with our SABIO_tissue-IDs and the synonyms (name_type = Name).
