Hi all,
there are new releases for SABIO-RK database content and software.
Database release v. 2.4:
- 204 new publications added (1299 database entries)
- NCBI taxonomy updated
Software release v. 2.6:
- new output fields added for web services (tsv format) (e.g. ChebiID, KeggReactionID)
- filtering for enzyme type (e.g. wildtype) in web services
