new visualization in SABIO-RK

Dear SABIO-RK user,

now search results in SABIO-RK are additionally presented visually in different interactive and interconnected graphs as heat map, parallel coordinates, scatter plot matrix.

Query results can be refined by highlighting the wanted ranges of the desired attributes on any one of the offered graphs.

The current beta-version still doesn't contain the kinetic parameter values. They will be included in the next version.

Please use the tab "Visualization" on the search page (http://sabiork.h-its.org/newSearch/index) and try it out.
