I would like to know whether the specific activity that has been reported in SABIO,is for the purified enzyme.

Hi Deepa,
the specific enzyme activities in SABIO-RK are not necessarily given for purified enzymes. There are values for example for "crude extract" or "supernatant" and most of the values have no further information about purification.
