new SABIO-RK software release

Hi all,
as of November 8th, 2017 there is a new software release for SABIO-RK (http://sabiork.h-its.org/) including the following changes:

- added BTO identifier in SBML output for tissue description in reaction annotation

- added export functionality for APM, DOT and SBGNML

- improved, corrected & extended manual for web services

- some bug fixing
