The Environmental Services Division is a division of the City of Fremont, www.fremont.gov. This site is intended to serve as a means for communication between the public and the  Environmental Services Division on Sabercat Historic Park, Ecological Restoration, and Creek Clean-ups, and to further the division's mission. Any direct posts to this page and its list of followers may be considered a public record that is subject to disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City is not obligated to take such actions, and the City disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for materials that the City deems inappropriate for posting as described above, which cannot be removed in an expeditious and otherwise timely manner.


A comment posted by a member of the public on any City social media site is the opinion of the commentator or poster only, and the posting of a comment does not imply endorsement of, or agreement by, the City, nor do such comments necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of the City.
