We are looking to start the journey of rebuilding the wiki using MkDocs and I am wondering if anyone is familiar with it.  So far I like it, but the issue I am having is with a menu system.  I would like to have one page that serves as an index page for howtos, people would browse that page and than click on a link that takes them to the correct page.

But, what I am running into with my knowledge of MkDocs so far is, MkDocs will not recognize a page unless it's listed in the default menu system.  The problem with that is, the menu system on the page is gonna turn into a chaotic mess by doing so.

So I look for advice/ideas on how to create a non-chaotic, easy to navigate menu system to index the howto's within MkDocs. Maybe it can't be done, I don't know.  Suppose it would help to include a link https://sabayon.github.io/wiki-next/

Throw me a bone!
