"equo pkg quickpkg" function works with Python2.7 only

Hi guys

I can't make entropy package running "equo pkg quickpkg" with Python 3.6 (default) ; see error log attachment

eselect python list
Available Python interpreters, in order of preference:
  [1]   python3.6
  [2]   python2.7

It works setting python2.7

eselect python set 2

Example :

equo pkg quickpkg clementine

It will be fixed in r4 (324-r4). Committed, not in repositories yet.



[entropy.client] fix equo pkg quickpkg

- Python 3 fix
- re-encoding the path actually made it skip files with funny names
