Please be informed that an Eco-Host program will be conducted by
Ministry of Tourism (MOTOUR) jointly with Sabah Tourist Guides
Association.
In addition to the Eco Host certificate which will be issued by
Motour, a CTRE cert will also be issued by STGA under the title:
“Handling Tourist’s Complaint and Achieving Excellent Customer
Service”
Code of CTRE : 2008/0161/STGA
Date : 09th March, 2011
Time : 08:00am - 05:30pm
Venue : Larry & Vince’s Farmstay, Inanam
Fees : RM30
Dateline : 04th March, 2011

Others : 2 Tea Breaks & Lunch provided
NOTE:
• Participation is only confirmed after Fees have been received.
• Organizers reserve the right to disallow participation due to non-
payment of Fees.
• Participants have a duty to reconfirm the program at least three (3)
days before the Program with the Organizers.
• Cancellations will not be entertained, but replacements are
accepted.
• Organizers reserve the right to cancel, amend, postpone or
reschedule the above program due to any unforeseen or unexpected
circumstances.
** CTRE DRESS CODE
Dress Code (4th Schedule Regulation 10 Tourism Industry Act 1992) and
Tourist Guide License/Badge.
Dress Code for Classroom:
(Male) – Batik Long-sleeves, Long Slack, Long sleeves with tie,
Proper Shoes.
(Female) – Baju Kurung, Baju Kebaya, Dress/Skirt below the Knee,
Office attire
NO CARGO LONG PANTS ARE ALLOWED
TG License MUST BE worn throughout session
