Hello everyone, 

As an officer, please see the email below from National SAAO and read the attached chapter notebook. 

Most urgently, we have a form due this Thursday 9/15 and I need signatures on it from:

Chapter Advisor

There will be a copy of it in the SAAO application folder on the bulletin board in the OMM lab as of 12pm tomorrow. If you are one of the people who needs to sign, please sign it by 12pm Thursday. If that window of time doesn't work for you for some reason, please lmk ASAP.

Hello all,

Attached is the completed 2016-2017 SAAO Chapter Notebook. Please read the notebook in its entirety, as there many changes from last year's notebook. A few of the changes are highlighted below:

• New membership application forms and beta-testing an online membership registration system
• Updated VIP point system
• Updated Still Point submission system 
• Opportunity to be awarded funds to put toward an SAAO-sponsored event

Additionally, please note the following:

• Deadlines outlined in the chapter notebook
• Sept 15th deadline: New chapter officer contact information due 
• Sept 15th deadline: Terms of Agreement form due
• SAAO Bylaws are not yet updated, but will be in approximately one month (the chapter notebook will be updated at that time) 
• Online registration system will open when the new website rolls out, which should be before the November 15th registration deadline
