Hello 3rd & 4th year students,
I hope rotations and/or board prep are going well.
I want to bring your attention to the A. Hollis Wolf Case Presentation Competition held on January 11th, 2018. Some of you were present at these events over the last two years and now it could be your turn! Previous winners Sara Modlin and Trista Hughes went on place and win great prizes at the national competition at Convocation.
I’m emailing you now so that you may be on the lookout for a case that you think may be good to present. Yes, you do have to present in person and would need to be excused for the time it takes, which is another reason I’m give you so much advanced notice.
So, again, the time and date are Thursday, January 11th, 2018 from 12-1pm and the Grand Prize is as follows:
Full scholarship toward any one (1) CME course offering provided by Osteopathy's Promise to Children (OPC) in San Diego, CA - http://the-promise.org/
& $500 toward travel expenses to Convocation (paid for by the SAAO)
If you want to go to convocation, but not sure you can afford it, here is your chance!
Also, if you are participating in the Advanced OMM Clinical Distinction, participation (regardless of how you do) is worth 50 points!
See the attached for details and I also copied it below my signature for those that might have trouble opening the document.
Feel free to ask me questions!
