Diwali at Deesha Seema

Hi all,

Kudos for the work done during KV. Now we have to start the preparations for Diwali celebration at Deesha Seema.

The following work are to be done :

1. Visit Deesha Seema and get a count of the number of children and inform the admin about all the activities we will be doing. 

2. Shopping of Crackers, Candle, Cake & chocolate( estimate and inform us the quantity and budget)

3. Arrangement of snacks(samosa & sweets) in box packing.

    Last year we got for about 275 people.

4. Diwali Poster

5. Invitation mail for Diwali (we can modify last yr's mail)

Decide among yourselves who is undertaking which activity and reply on this mail.

Those people need to keep updating everyone on this mail chain. For any queries also mail here.

don't use shraddha this time.. shraddha and saamanjasya were merged just before diwali last yr, so we used Shraddha as well

this time let it be just Saamanjasya as its a single entity now.
