Update of Diwali Task

We want the update of the tasks you have undertaken. 

1.) How many students do we have to order food for?

2.) Did anyone inform Ma'am at Deesha Seema about our celebration?

3.) Did you talk and decide on the items of the food pack and its cost?

4.) Budget for crackers.

5.) Status of Poster

Provide us with proper update ,through a single mail(not individually) by 7pm today.

1. Visit Deesha Seema and get a count of the number of children and inform the admin about all the activities we will be doing.
Madhabhi ,shalini and prateek (We Informed them and total headcount is 252 )

2. Shopping of Crackers, Candle, Cake & chocolate( estimate and inform us the quantity and budget)
Pratik and Kirtiraj and madhabhi (As discussed 120 packets candle are required and we will go as per the last year budget )

3. Arrangement of snacks(samosa & sweets) in box packing.
Pabitra and nevil( we will go as per the last year budget )

4. Diwali Poster
shalini(It will be done by the EOD)

5. Invitation mail for Diwali (we can modify last yr's mail)
Sayantan and Pabitra and nevil (It will be done by EOD)
