Mehrangarh Museum Trust Summer Internships 2017—Call for applications


Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Jodhpur, one of India’s leading cultural institutions, invites applications to a summer internship program for students and recent graduates at the Mehrangarh Fort Museum, Jodhpur. Summer interns at the museum this year will work under curatorial supervision on a project to document a large corpus of 20th century photographs from the Jodhpur royal collection that have recently become part of the museum’s holdings. While candidates with previously demonstrated interest in and knowledge about art history, photography or museology will have preference, candidates from other related fields are also encouraged to apply.


Internships will run for a period of four weeks starting on May 29, 2017. Interns will be provided accommodation and meals at the fort. 


Eligibility: Bachelors degree holders, post-graduate students and recent graduates
