Hi All

As most cruisers know, moorings in the ocean cannot be owned by anyone person or organisation, only the buoy attached to the mooring.

Anyone can use a mooring at their own risk and cannot be barred from using it..A polite request to leave a marked mooring does not mean the person has to vacate.

With that in mind, I don't think it would be sensible to pay an outside party to maintain the moorings.
