STUDENTS TO EXPLORE OPTIONS FOR NEXT STEP AT GRAD FAIR

Binghamton, NY, 9/25/07 – On Tuesday, October 2, 2007, the office of the Student Association Vice President for Academic Affairs, in conjunction with the Career Development Center, is holding its annual Graduate School Fair.

The event is set to begin at 11:00 am in both the Mandela Room and the Old Union Hall, where over 140 representatives from graduate schools around the nation will be present to entertain questions and concerns regarding admissions, degree programs, and financial aid.

"It is great that my office is able to sponsor such a great and meaningful event. I hope that students will be able to find a graduate school that fits their needs during this fair," said Matthew Landau, the Student Association Vice President for Academic Affairs.

For more information about the event, contact Landau at vp...@sa.binghamton.edu or visit the CDC's website at http://cdc.binghamton.edu to view a complete listing of graduate schools making an appearance at the event, as well as tips for students that plan to attend.

The Student Association at Binghamton University is a student run government operating within the State University of New York for over fifty years. Considered one of the most effective student governments in the nation, the SA acts as the main facilitator of student activities on campus, as well as a major contributor to the services students use day in and day out.
