10BitWorks is now the Republic of Makers!

Just a heads up everyone since, I know some of y'all are not on Slack.

We've been having discussion this year about rebranding ourselves, which included a possible name change. After many meetings and discussions we finally came down a vote today, and Republic of Makers won (keeping 10bitworks was a close second).

I think it fits our original vision of being strong and independent, while keeping our openness. We _are_ a group of makers and each one has equal say.

Just a reminder that, our main channel of contact is through our Slack channel. Any member is free to join:
