Hi Guys
It took a little effort, but please see attached the results of the nomination forms.
The first page shows the 'cleansed' nomination spreadsheet
The following spreadsheets give a summary per category
The second to last sheet are the selected caches to be voted on. Please see the individual sheets for what I considered to be the cut off point. (Please let me know if you don't agree). I also prevented more than two nominations per cache. If a cache was nominated in 3 or more categories, I deleted the nomination with least votes and/or the nomination in the lesser prestiguous categories
The last sheet lists cache owners with 4 or more final nominations. We could use this short list and maybe on the voting slip have a little more information on the CO and use the stats I compiled before.

Rgds, Sef

Great Sef,

I think I am kind of doing the voting form?? maybe.  Would certainly have time next week while I am away.  Is it worth sharing the excel file so I can comment on your analysis?

Hi Darren,

I did share the excel spreadsheet but I used your other address. I’ll share it straight away with your iprimus address as well.
Wrt the voting form I thought Audra was going to create it whilst in Alice Springs (is that right Audra?)
I haven't heard from Gayle whether a decision has been made wrt date and venue. Time is running out if we still want to have the event in April.

Rgds, Sef

I think the 14the of April would be good, Sunday, and I am leaning towards the Thorndon Park area unless some one has any better ideas, not sure if we put the event up under geocaching SA, the remaining prize path tags arrived today as well.

I need to start to prepare the certificates as well.

cheers
Gayle

Thanks Sef - I just realised you share a doc - but it seems to have lost its "excel" nature.  Can you just email to me (rather than sharing)? please

Hi Sef, can you email me to teamflip...@hotmail.com the excel sheet, no idea why it lost the format on google, is this the back end sheet from the nominations already coming in?
Some of the original google stuff was great, but they appear to be messing with things of late....

cheers
Gayle

How about the text below to appear on the voting form for hider of the year:

Percent favourite  = total number of favourite votes / total number of finds on caches hidden in 2012

Top cache = Caches hidden in 2012 with 30% or more favourite votes

Success rate: number of top caches hidden / number of caches hidden

Statistics are as per middle of March 2013

Must have hidden more than 5 caches in 2012

*Cache_or_Check*
