Meeting?!?

The event is in 6 days.  Is everyone waiting for me to call a meeting??

Why haven't we planned this event?

Ok, here's the deal.  Gayle's sick and I don't want her nasties -- but we NEED her to get better before the event.  So, I'm going to start a document that is a list of to-dos for the event.  If you see something you want to take care of, please put your name on it asap.  The more we take care of the less Gayle needs to do so she can rest and get better.

Ok, the to-do list is published -- please, guys, take an item or two if you possibly can.  I'll take anything you don't want to do.

Hi Audra, where did you publish the to do list? Time is ticking indeed. As a minimum we need to try and get together one hour before the event starts to coordinate the runsheet for the afternoon.

We can publish a run sheet prior as well.

Its on the google drive where the voting form lived and eveyone ha edit rights to it.  Let me play with it again and see if it will force an email...

Drive by BBQ - all good, 4 in total.
 
Two right next to playground, but a little cramped.
Two near the open field. Would probably be the most comfortable option.
 
All clean, would just need a minor wipe on the day.

The ones out in the open were not in favour to us because they were too close to the houses back yards, the others are near a bit of shelter and is our preferred place to set up from.
