CS600 Download on Linux

All,
I've recently bought a polar CS600 cyclcomputer with power option and
am hoping to be able to download with my Linux box. 1st step is to
buy an IrDA adapter. Does anyone have any suggestions. Also, does
anyone have any experience with this model using the s710 software (or
anything else on Linux)?

Hi,
I am not sure s710 is compatible with cs600.
I think 'rs400 tools' could be, but I think development is stopped on
this one too.
