In-file links with S5?

In-file links don't work with S5 (tried with Mozilla and Chrome). If I
click on a link such as "#sec-47":
- nothing happens in slide mode
- the link is executed as expected in all-content mode (toggle between
the two modes with "T")

Any volunteers to fix this?

Have you tried this with named anchors, rather than with CSS
properties? I'd suspect this is strictly a CSS issue, but I haven't
tested it.
