i can't see port list on s4a

hello everyone

My problem is When I click "select serial/USB port" to select a port in s4a, the port list does not appear.

How can I identify the arduino port to the s4a? because s4a doesn't see it.

i have this problem on my development board with the following specs

ARM aarch64 cortex-a53,

ubuntu 20.04 kernel 5.4.47

There is no problem on the firmware side, when I try it on another computer, s4a sees it.

Is there a list of serial ports the s4a is scanning?
