我們了解貴公司將參加本次展覽，特此提供獨立的裝潢設計服務資訊供您參考。
您有展位裝潢需求，歡迎與我們洽詢，以提供合適的設計建議。
A.展位設計流程如下:
1. 填寫問卷表單。
2. 展位平面規劃討論。
3. 展位硬體第一次設計範圍:含平面規劃及3d透視,但不含2d主題牆及招牌設計僅以貴司提供檔案或網站截圖簡易呈現。
4. 設計圖於表單填寫完成後.10-15個工作天交稿。
5. 如設計圖承蒙貴司採納選購後.可進行二次修正後即視為定案稿。
6. 確認設計後請預付50%訂金。
7. 如遇第四次或以上須修改設計內容,每次修正再酌收設計費每一格攤位1000元整。
8. 展覽結束後請預付尾款50%及追加費用。
B問卷單:
1. 請提供展位號碼及預算範圍及展覽名稱
2. 請詳註設計概念主題或選擇主題配色
3. 商品呈現方式□開放□層架□玻璃櫥櫃□壁面呈列
4. 展出形式：□密閉□開放□半開放
5. 展出形式：□木製□組合□木+組
6. 洽 談 區：□密閉□開放□半開放□組數
7. 儲 藏 室：□需要□不需要
8. 是否有□自備櫃□燈具□桌椅□其他配備
9. 請提供公司商標AI檔/中英文AI檔A以利編排合圖

C.展位2d主題牆及招牌設計 流程如下:
1. 展位硬體設計確認簽約後.依貴司提供正確檔案及文案細節進行2d主題牆或招牌設計討論。
2. 下單製作,設計費為1才50元整,指定版權商購圖費另計。
3. 確認設計後請預付50%訂金。
4. 提供二次免費校稿。
5. 如遇第四次或以上須修改設計內容,每次修正再酌收設計費1才10元整。
6. 展覽結束後請預付尾款50%及追加費用。

Dear Valued Guest,
We understand that your company will be participating in the upcoming exhibition, and we are pleased to offer our custom booth design services for your consideration.
If you require booth decoration or design, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and provide suitable design suggestions.
A. Booth Design Process:
- Complete the design questionnaire.
- Discuss the booth layout and spatial planning.
- Initial hardware design includes layout planning and 3D perspective views. Please note that this does not include the 2D design of feature walls or signage; these will be presented using your provided files or website screenshots.
- The initial design draft will be delivered within 10–15 working days after the questionnaire is completed.
- Once the design is approved and selected by your company, two rounds of revisions are included. After the second revision, the design will be considered final.
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the design.
- If the design requires more than three revisions, an additional design fee of TWD 1,000 per booth unit will apply for each further revision.
- The remaining 50% balance and any additional charges are to be settled after the exhibition ends.
B. Questionnaire:
- Please provide booth number, budget range, and exhibition name.
- Please describe your design concept or theme, or specify your preferred color palette.

- Please provide your company logo in AI format (Chinese and English versions preferred) to assist in layout design.
- If large wall graphics or posters are needed, please provide the relevant AI files for layout purposes.
C. 2D Feature Wall & Signage Design Process:
- Once the booth design is confirmed and contracted, we will proceed with discussions for 2D feature wall or signage design based on the correct files and content you provide.
- The design fee is TWD 50 per square foot; any additional licensed image purchases will be quoted separately.
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
- Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge.
- From the fourth revision onward, an additional design fee of TWD 10 per square foot will apply per revision.
- The remaining 50% balance and any additional charges are to be paid after the exhibition ends.
