[ANNOUNCE] S3QL 5.4.0 has been released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version [PASTE VERSION].

From the changelog:

S3QL 5.4.0 (2025-09-06)
=======================

* `contrib/benchmark.py` works again. It stopped working with S3QL 5.0.0.

* S3QL is now compatible with Python 3.13 and newer OpenSSL versions.
This makes S3QL compatible with e.g. Debian trixie.
