[s3ql] [ANNOUNCE] S3QL 5.1.1 has been released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version 5.1.1.

From the changelog:

S3QL 5.1.1 (2023-08-06)
=======================

* Fixed a DATA LOSS issue: Metadata upload now works correctly if the cache directory
contains a symlink in its path. In S3QL 5.0.0 and 5.1.0, this would result in metadata
silently not being uploaded to the backend.

NOTE: Due to an unfortunate process failure, the secret key for signing
the S3QL 5.1.x release series was lost. This series will therefore be
signed with the same key as S3QL 5.0.x
(signify/s3ql-5.0.pub). Attempting to verify the signature against
signify/s3ql-5.1.pub will fail.
