[s3ql] [ANNOUNCE] S3QL 5.3.0 has been released

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version 5.3.0

From the changelog:

S3QL 5.3.0 (2025-05-10)
=======================

* Add `--fast` flag for fsck.s3ql. For now, this just skips the verification of
metadata backups.
