[s3ql] [ANNOUNCE] S3QL 5.4.2 has been released

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version 5.4.2.

* There is a new `s3qladm shrink-db` command that reclaims unused space in the
metadata database (both on disk and in the backend storage).
