[ANNOUNCE] S3QL 5.2.1 has been released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version 5.2.1.

From the changelog:

S3QL 3.2.1 (2024-07-05)
======================

* Fixed a crash with `TypeError: CacheEntry.seek() takes 2 positional arguments
but 3 were given` when using neither encryption nor compression.

* Fixed a crash with `s3ql.http.StateError: No pending requests`.
