I've started getting this error - I think it is new with 6.2.0 but not 100% sure. I get it if I press Ctrl-C on a foreground mount command (which I don't do that often, which is why I'm not 100% if this is new or not).
I found I also get it when running other commands e.g.

root@2be1867b8348:/# s3qladm shrink-db $BUCKET_URL

I'm using a standard AWS S3 bucket

I've reverted to 6.0.0 and the problem has gone away.

Thanks for reporting this! Could you file a bug at https://github.com/s3ql/s3ql/issues? Is it possible that you have disabled TLS, and if so, does the problem go away if you enable it?

Best,
-Nikolaus

I've raised this https://github.com/s3ql/s3ql/issues/444
I use a standard s3:// style URL, which I believe is TLS by default. I've not deliberately disabled TLS.

Thanks!
Pete.
