[s3ql] [ANNOUNCE] S3QL 6.3.1 has been released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version 6.3.1.

From the changelog:

* Fixed ``mount.s3ql`` aborting with a bare ``AssertionError`` when the locally
cached filesystem parameters and the parameters stored in the backend had the
same sequence number but differed in some other field. This could happen when
a previous run of ``mount.s3ql``, ``fsck.s3ql``, or ``s3qladm`` was
interrupted by a crash or network failure at the wrong moment.
