New issue 294 by sandro.m...@gmail.com: How to disable caching in s3fs

Good day!
I have a one question about caching files.
I have a one mounted via s3fs S3 bucket on my server.
When I update any files in S3 via S3 management, the files on the server
don't change.
I think that server use the cached files, but I didn't found any
information how I can to turn off the caching.
Who has any ideas about it?

Hi,

v1.67 s3fs has cache off.
You can set max_stat_cache_size option as zero, or stat_cache_expire as
zero(or one).
And latest s3fs check ETag, then it kicks updating if the file is updated.

Please check and use newest version.
I close this issue, if you find a bug in new version, please post new issue
with more information.

Regards,
