EU buckets not listing objects

In version 0.4 and FF3: EU buckets are listed, but no objects are
shown.

I verified this by using the Cockpit GUI to create an EU and a US
bucket with the defaults. Both buckets contain the same single object.
In S3:/// only the US bucket lists objects, but you can see them using
Cockpit.

Is this is a bug, or a not yet implemented feature?

I know you cannot create EU buckets in S3:/// yet, but that's okay
temporarily because you could use other tools since it's a one-time
task. However, I think we should be able to manage them in S3:///. I
don't need to myself, but there may be developers who have to use EU
buckets for legal reasons/company policy?

I'll create an EU bucket to test with. I'll try to see the issue and
do a new release ASAP.
