S2PLOT fortran examples

Hi Jens,

it's taking us a while to get the How To's written, and FORTRAN has
taken a back seat. In the meantime, please find attached a tar file
containing some sample codes. They're actually from s2plot v1.80 so
one or two of them might not build or run properly (eg. uc6, uc7 will
fail).

Anyway, make yourself a directory, cd into it, then untar the attached
file. You should then (if your S2PLOT env. is set up correctly) be
able to do:

./build-samples.csh

and the examples will be built into a directory called $S2ARCH.

This will hopefully get you started.
